Our team of insurance specialists will contact your insurance carrier and verify your orthodontic benefits prior to beginning treatment.
We accept all Insurance Benefits and will assist you in maximizing those benefits throughout your treatment. If we are not on your list of providers, we will make every financial effort for you to be able to be Our Patient. Our team of insurance specialists will coordinate filing and billing with your insurance company throughout your orthodontic treatment. If you should ever have a question regarding your insurance benefits, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Orthodontic insurance generally pays the estimated benefit in increments over the course of the treatment. Therefore, if your insurance changes for some reason, this may directly affect your "out of pocket" contract with us. If your insurance pays less or more than the estimated amount, we will notify you so that we can adjust your account accordingly. If a change in your insurance occurs, please notify us as soon as possible.
