financialBeginning with your very first appointment, our doctor and orthodontic treatment coordinators will thoroughly communicate all clinical and financial information to you so that you can make a fully informed decision regarding your orthodontic treatment. Every patient has a unique diagnosis and treatment plan. Accordingly, each orthodontic fee and payment plan will be specifically designed for you.

We take pride in creating extremely satisfied patients by adhering to ethically sound financial principles. It is our goal to provide you with a financial arrangement that meets your needs and clearly covers every aspect of your orthodontic treatment in our office. Simply put, there will be no hidden costs and we will not stop until you are fully satisfied.

Payment Options

We offer several payment options to help meet your individual needs:

  • We recommend automatic checking or credit card withdrawal for your convenience.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, checks and debit cards.
  • We offer a bookkeeping credit for payment in full.
  • We offer a discount for multiple family members.
  • Our personal financial arrangements allow our patients to make payments throughout the course of treatment.

Insurance

Our team of insurance specialists will contact your insurance carrier and verify your orthodontic benefits prior to beginning treatment.

We accept all insurance benefits and will assist you in maximizing those benefits throughout your treatment. If we are not on your list of providers, we will make every financial effort for you to be able to be our patient. Our team of insurance specialists will coordinate filing and billing with your insurance company throughout your orthodontic treatment. If you should ever have a question regarding your insurance benefits, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Orthodontic insurance generally pays the estimated benefit in increments over the course of the treatment. Therefore, if your insurance changes for some reason, this may directly affect your "out of pocket" contract with us. If your insurance pays less or more than the estimated amount, we will notify you so that we can adjust your account accordingly. If a change in your insurance occurs, please notify us as soon as possible.
