We have convenient locations from Indy's northeast side and suburbs throughout eastern Indiana. We started in Fishers, Indiana when Dr. Chuck started his practice from scratch back in 1994. He then took over a small "satellite" practice in his hometown of New Castle, Indiana in 1995 and has been treating patients on the northside of Indy and throughout eastern Indiana ever since.
