Dr. Chuck Sadler

Beginnings
Dr. Chuck is a dedicated husband, father, grandfather, and faith-driven orthodontist with over 30 years of clinical experience. A graduate of DePauw University (B.A. in Biology, 1987) and Indiana University School of Dentistry (DDS, 1991; MSD and Orthodontic Certificate, 1993), he is a Hoosier native with small town values through and through. He is also a highly trained Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics maintaining the highest standard of orthodontic care and who prides himself on upfront treatment details and options together with out of this world communication during the treatment process.
Leadership
Dr. Chuck is the longest standing orthodontist in Fishers, launching his orthodontic practice there in 1994. He later expanded to his hometown of New Castle (1995) and later Richmond (2013), treating generations of families with state-of-the-art technology and personalized, patient-centered care. His treatment philosophy prioritizes clear communication, a uniquely engaging environment, and individualized treatment options that help guide patients through the orthodontic journey.
Home Life
Outside the office, Dr. Chuck channels his passion for faith and fatherhood through meaningful outreach - having hosted “Dad’s Camp” in southern Indiana for many years and continuing to lead Men’s and Prison Ministries. He truly embodies his self-appointed role as a “Kingdom Builder cleverly disguised as a Smile Specialist.” At home in Fishers alongside his high‑school sweetheart and wife, Jamie (married since 1987), he treasures time with their four adult children and two precious granddaughters.

Beginnings
Born and raised in Fishers, it is a dream come true to be serving the community that he grew up in. Orthodontics was a natural profession to choose for Dr. Stu, as both his father and grandfather were practicing dentists. He is honored to continue on his family's legacy in the dental community in his hometown.
Education
After graduating from Hamilton Southeastern High School (Go Royals!), Dr. Stu then attended Indiana University in Bloomington. He was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society upon graduation from IU. He then attended dental school at the Indiana University School of Dentistry where he graduated at the top of his class and won several awards for research he completed in the field of regenerative dental biomaterials. Following dental school, Dr. Stu completed his orthodontic residency at Indiana University where he was awarded a Master of Science and Certificate in Orthodontics. During his residency, he was named the IU Chancellor’s Scholar – an award given to the student with the highest grade point average across the Indiana University School of Dentistry.
Board Certification
Dr. Stu is among the most accomplished in his field as only one in three orthodontists traditionally achieve full board certification from the American Board of Orthodontics (ABO). He achieved this designation from the ABO in 2019.
Home Life
Outside of the office, Dr. Stu loves spending time with his wife and their three kids. He enjoys playing pickleball, golf, grilling, and his side passion of making homemade pizzas in his backyard pizza oven. You can find him cheering on the Hoosiers and Colts and Pacers year-round. His family is also involved in the community through their local church.
Memberships
He is actively involved in the Indianapolis District Dental Society (IDDS), Indiana Dental Association (IDA), American Association of Orthodontists (AAO), American Dental Association (ADA) and Indiana Association of Orthodontists (IAO). He also stays on the cutting-edge of dentistry through membership in the Indianapolis Northside Spear Study Club and Richmond Spear Study Club.
