Getting Started
We can’t wait to meet you and welcome you to our office! We strive to make your first visit a unique and comfortable experience where you can learn all the options available to you in a laid back and informative environment.
During your first visit, you’ll meet with a Treatment Coordinator who will help walk you through the entire new patient process. One of our Board-Certified Orthodontists will then meet with you to get to know you better, learn about your goals for your smile, and discuss your customized treatment options in full detail. The doctor will review your estimated length of treatment and answer any questions you may have. The Treatment Coordinator will then review the associated costs and/or insurance benefits with you and review our flexible payment options. There is no charge for your initial consultation. If treatment is indicated and you are excited to get started, we offer same day convenience — we are happy to place the braces that day, saving you a trip and avoiding missing school if you wish to get started right away!
Health History Forms
We offer two options in preparing for your first appointment with us: print your intake forms and bring into the office or fill them out securely online. We are committed to keeping your personal information safe and secure. Our online forms are HIPAA-compliant and submitted via a secure connection.

Financials & Insurance
We proudly uphold ethical financial principles. Any financial arrangement we offer will meet your needs and cover every aspect of your orthodontic treatment. Simply put, we never have hidden costs. Our insurance specialists will contact your carrier to verify your orthodontic benefits before starting treatment. We accept and file with all insurance carriers and offer in-house, no-interest, extended financing.
